We do not credit or refund any shipping cost.

Shipping delays that result in livestock lost will not be covered under the Blue Fish Corals Guarantee.

Returns and DOA Guarantee:

We guarantee all of our items to arrive alive. If, for some reason an item does not arrive alive you must contact us via email with clear, out of the bag pictures of the item within one hour of the packages arrival. If you are not present to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt, this guarantee becomes void. If, in our opinion, the item is deemed to be deceased or defective, a credit will be applied to your account.

Refunds:

In the event a refund is approved for an intended purchase, the refund will be issued for the purchase price minus a 20% fee.

Shipping Day:

We ship with a delivery day of  Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Saturday delivery is available at an increased rate.

We do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska.
